In order to be a successful real estate agent in Hollywood Hills you need to be proactive. You need to be out scouting and looking for the perfect property for your client. That is exactly what I do; sitting in your office waiting for the phone to ring just isn’t going to cut it.

Being active in the industry has allowed me to become close with HOAs, tradespeople, and fellow real estate agents in the Hollywood Hills.

One of the more crucial new trends in real estate is the use of the virtual tour and 3D videos. A lot of clients in this area are international clients so a lot of times they need to use these tours and videos as their primary resource as they do not have the ability to come see the property in person.

Regardless of my client, I treat every single person differently as every single person has different needs. I will walk you through every single process, step-by-step, as my job is to make your real estate experience as enjoyable as possible.
