All floor plans in 1410 N Curson are single-story and 2 bedrooms/ 2.5 baths, except for #204 which is a townhouse 3bedroom/3bath and 2,100 sqft.  Square footage on the 2 bedrooms ranges from 1,300 sqft to 1,750 sqft. Floorplans 1,2,3, and 4 are the small floor plans and #5 is the big one. 02, 01, 04, have street-facing balconies, while 03, and 05 face the back. Every condo has a balcony.
