932 N Alfred St
West Hollywood CA 90069
932 N Alfred is a newer construction 8 condo building in West Hollywood. Built in 2013, the building is contemporary and has modern finishes, a walkable West Hollywood location, and low HOA dues. These condos have a light and airy energy with plenty of space to make them all your own.
One of the reasons buyers are drawn to West Hollywood is all the things to do. 932 Alfred’s location gives you what you want. 5 to 10-minute walking distance to some of the best entertainment and culture that West Hollywood has to offer. For your morning routine, there is Urth Café (if you can find a seat!), Alfred’s coffee shop, and Carrerra Café as well as others. There are dozens of local gyms, trendy clubs, and bars for a night out: check out the Belmont for sports and cocktails, Largo if you dig speakeasy vibe and live entertainment, and EP & LP with their rooftop deck first class. For Groceries, you have West Hollywood Ralphs, West Hollywood Pavillions, and Whole foods on Fairfax. Fine Dining? Got that covered as well with celebrity hotspot Fig and Olive (I once saw Halle Berry there). Been eating kale all week and can’t wait for your cheat day? The new Shake Shack on Santa Monica is a great guilty pleasure. Being located on La Cienega, Beverly Center, Beverly Connection and The Grove/Farmers market are all a short drive. Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills is quite close as well. You shouldn’t get bored.
Pricing: $1,000,000 – $1,200,000
There are two condos on each floor, the ’01 stack faces the street and West, and the 02 stacks face the rear and east. All of the floorplans are single story. Floorplans are a mix of 2br’s and 3brs that range in sqft from 1,000 up to 1,400 sqft. The developer used a light color palette, which makes these condos feel light, bright and open. Buyers nowadays will appreciate the wide plank oak hardwood floors in the living room and dining area, and bling from the designer Grohe and Kohler Fixtures. There are tons of recessed lighting and very nice size living rooms perfect for kicking off your shoes and putting your feet up. Do you love to cook? Kitchens come with quartz counters, European cabinets, and GE Monogram stainless steel appliances. The kitchens still look good even if you primarily use the microwave to just heat stuff up. Central HVAC with ducting. usually for condos under 10 units, you don’t get a trash chute, but this building has a shute on every floor which I like.
The floor plans have a master suite with its own master bathroom and walk-in closets. I will say that the master suite isn’t huge. The developer chose to put more SQFT in the living areas at expense of the bedrooms. There isn’t a really big bedroom. Condos have a modest balcony with space for a round table and 2 chairs, or to put some potted plants.
Parking & Laundry
Each condo has a stacked laundry inside the condo with a gas hookup located in a closet in the hallway.
For parking, each condo has 2 tandem parking spaces (one full and one compact) in a subterranean garage. The gate can be a little tight, but manageable. There is 1 guest parking space. The penthouse #2 gets special parking spaces in the street-level garage in the front.
