10520 Wilshire Blvd
Los Angeles CA 90024
The Dorchester is a 16-story 108-unit high rise on the Wilshire Corridor in Westwood. Built-in 1989, By Michael Reyes of Urban Pacific, who developed The Mirabella 8 years earlier, Dorchester condos were constructed at a cost of $72M.
Vitro Architects (same architects as The Mirabella) designed The Dorchester in a distinctive postmodern style. I love the beautiful green marble in the motor court. The building has a rooftop swimming pool and four grand 6,000 sqft two-story penthouses.
